August 2025: Leadership Board Update
We are thrilled to introduce a new member of our leadership board for the 2025-2026 school year. Please welcome graduate student Nikita Fnu from the McElwee-White lab, who will be serving as our new Vice President!
Javi Covington, will be transitioning from serving as the fundraising chair, and will serve as our new Treasurer.
Gabriel Eaton-Landau will be transferring to the University of Georgia with Prof. Aponick. We thank Gabriel and Prof. Aponick for their dedication, support, and contributions over the past year.
January 2025: First ORCA-Invited Organic Seminar Speaker
We are excited to have had the opportunity to host our first ORCA-invited guest speaker, Professor Jeffrey Johnson from UNC Chapel Hill. Professor Jeffrey Johnson gave an excellent presentation on the “Development of Organic Reactions that Productively Leverage Physical Properties”.
